Look at a graphs, of the rise in high fructose corn syrup consumption (only in the U.S.) the consumption of manmade vegetable oils, MSG (chemical additive, fools your taste system) and other food enhancers and you will see they closely match the graph of the explosive recent rise in Obesity and Diabetes. The problem is primarily your body was not designed to and cannot handle sugar spikes and the fast rise in blood sugar caused by eating modern "processed and refined sugar enhanced foods."Your input is reversed from what your body was designed to handle, you are inputting food that is 85% Calories and 15% fiber the exact opposite of what your body was designed to handle. To keep you from drowning in damage from all this "fast digested" direct to blood stream fast rise in blood sugar, your body makes DANGEROUSLY HIGH LEVELS of INSULIN These high levels of insulin are what is doing most of the damage you are going to refer to as various degenerative diseases.(Insulin, Is Your Fat Making Hormone) which forces (active or inactive) muscles to absorb the sugar excesses when the liver is full and your strained kidneys are unable to pee it all out. ' Your muscle mass (place to store excess sugar peaks) diminishes with age dropping 1% a year after 40. When your muscles develop a resistance to insulin bullying, your body’s insulin or are now "full up" has only one alternative, ........to dispose of the excess sugar peaks, it has NO ALTERNATIVE it expands fat cells. (makes you store FAT). If it can not make fat cells expand fast enough to absorb the excess sugar peaks your high sugar level now no longer disposed of adequately starts to thicken up your blood, you develop body damage symptoms and they diagnose you as a diabetic for life. NUMBER ONE WAY TO STOP SUGAR PEAKS. STOP ALL DRINKING OF ALL FOOD. This includes stopping drinks made with artificial sweeteners. Far more harmful then sugar, sugared drinks are health food compared to drinks made with artificial sweeteners. This INCLUDES no dairy product drinks. Unless you are under 2 you do not have the enzymes to digest dairy. This is causing you problems you are totally unaware of the cause. This includes NO Fruit juices un-sugared or not. Fruit today is 3 times the sugar level of fruit at the turn of the century. (bred up to sweet and beautiful.) As a juice, it does not have the fiber making the matter of "fast sugar" digestion even worse. so hard and fast rule.....to eliminate as much as 80% of your exposure to sugar peaks.....NEVER DRINK FOOD AGAIN...... If you are a diabetic you should already know this. If you want to be thin and want to end your obesity you should put this into effect immediately. Remember, high insulin is necessary to turn sugar into fat cells. It is made ONLY during high sugar peaks. YOU DO NOT GET BODY DAMAGING HIGH INSULIN OR FAT MAKING TURN ON WITH HIGH FAT If you want to keep from sliding into diabetes, then this is essential.Remember, Only water....is your drink.
